Sweet Melissa's was started in 2009 with a delicious dream by Matt and Melissa Kenny!​

"To my customers: Matt and I decided to open an ice cream shop for two reasons- that it was in the family business and that it could bring just a tiny bit of joy to the community. I have experienced such a wave of gratitude and appreciation from our loving customers, that I am moved beyond belief. I am so grateful that I could extend small joys to you in our ice cream and then in turn receive such an amazing amount of recognition and fulfillment in doing so.
